WordCamp Entebbe is about to bring you its 2nd chapter and we are in search of interested speakers to take the stage and share their outstanding WordPress knowledge & experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, we aim to host a WordCamp conference in Entebbe that is packed with insightful speaker sessions & workshops for WordPress lovers to take part in & draw inspiration from. Here at WordCamp Entebbe 2023, we welcome ALL topics related to WordPress and beyond. We aim to enlighten our audience on valuable ways they can design and develop WordPress, improve their careers through publishing on the platform, grow their businesses, contribute to the global community, and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Session Type & Length:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

There will be 3 types of Speaker Sessions at WordCamp Entebbe 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lightning Talk<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Lightning Talk will be a quick session of 10 minutes where you can discuss your topic & share ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Total Time: 10 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\n

Keynote Talk<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Keynote Talk will be 25 minutes long for each speaker with a 10 minutes question\/answer session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Total Time: 35 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Panel Discussion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Panel Discussion will last up to 45 minutes, with 10 minutes for discussions, questions & answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Total Time: 55 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

There will be one hour total between each slot on the timetable. Each hour, the presentation will last up to 45 minutes, leaving 10 minutes for general discussions, questions & answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Language Preference:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

As attendees and community members from across the country and around the world will be attending WordCamp Entebbe 2023, we expect the speaker sessions to be conducted in English ONLY, to accommodate everyone from near and far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Application Deadline & Timetable:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The last date to apply for Speaker Submission is\u00a023rd January 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, a dedicated team will review all applications and reach out to the selected speakers. Finally, afterwards, we will announce the Speakers of this year\u2019s WordCamp Entebbe on the website and all our social channels. We hope for your cooperation in the meantime, thank you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
